Our new measuring instructions and measurement tables
For measurements, please use our updated measuring instructions. For the production of our new and figure-hugging products (especially for the indoor area / wind tunnel) we need additional measurements from the customer, please state all the required dimensions.
You can have the body measurements taken with a standard measuring tape in close-fitting clothing. Our dealers can professionally measure and advise you.

We are revising the order forms for our established products. They will be exchanged in time.
Ordering Information
Your order will usually be reconfirmed by us personally by email within two days. When ordering, please include all contact details, telephone number and email address. If necessary, we will send a preliminary invoice by email shortly before the jumpsuit is completed. Orders through our dealers are also calculated and delivered through them.
Shipping
Shipping costs national
The goods are shipped with Deutsche Post, DHL or a carrier of our choice. The shipping and packaging costs for deliveries within Germany are:
- Shipping weight up to 5 kg (e.g. 1-4 suits) 9,00 EUR
- Shipping weight up to 10 kg (e.g. 5-8 suits) 12,00 EUR
Shipping and packaging costs for deliveries to EU countries (duty-free)
- Shipping weight up to 5 kg (e.g. 1-4 suits) 20,00 EUR
- Shipping weight up to 10 kg (e.g. 5-8 suits) 25,00 EUR
Shipping and packaging costs international (subject to duty)

Express shipping
If it needs to go really quickly we also send via DHL-Express or DPD-Express.
- There are additional fees.
- Prices are without tax.
Delivery terms
Any delivery times listed are approximate times. Compensation for delay in delivery or non-performance is fundamentally excluded.
rainbow design is entitled to make partial deliveries. In the event of damage or loss of the delivered goods up to the time of acceptance, rainbow design will provide a corresponding replacement. rainbow design reserves the right to take out appropriate transport insurance for value parcels (usually from 500 EUR) and to invoice this to the customer. If the customer expressly does not want any transport insurance, he must notify this in writing. In this case, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer.
Production times
Our delivery times vary a lot depending on the order situation and the jumping season. The constantly changing pandemic situation also has a major impact on our work situation. The current delivery times are approx. 4 weeks, for rushorder orders approx. 2 weeks.

Terms of payment
After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us in which we will tell you how long it will take to produce your suit. As a rule, it is 4 weeks and with rush or approx. 2 weeks. We will then inform you by email shortly before completion and send you an invoice. As soon as we have your payment in our account, the goods will be delivered.
