Validity
All deliveries and services by rainbow design take place exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC"). Any deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by rainbow design.

Conclusion of contract
Offers from rainbow design are non-binding and subject to self-delivery, insofar as rainbow design delivers goods manufactured by third parties. Our written order confirmation is required for the effective conclusion of a contract. This is replaced by delivery and / or invoicing and / or rendering of the service. Verbal information and promises, brochures and advertising statements of any kind, in particular descriptions, images, drawings, samples, quality, condition, composition, performance, consumption and usability information as well as the dimensions and weights of the contractual goods are subject to change unless expressly stated are designated as binding. They do not represent any assurance or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. Slight deviations from the product information are considered approved, provided they are not unreasonable for the contractual partner.

Shipping costs and delivery conditions
The goods are shipped with Deutsche Post AG or a carrier of our choice. The shipping and packaging costs are at delivery

within Germany:
Shipping weight up to 5 kg (e.g. 1-4 station wagons): 8.33 EUR
Shipping weight up to 10 kg (e.g. up to 8 station wagons): 10.71 EUR
plus cash on delivery fee of EUR 5.60

in EU countries:
Shipping weight up to 5 kg (e.g. 1-4 station wagons): 18.00 EUR (Portugal + 2.50 EUR)
Shipping weight up to 10 kg (e.g. up to 8 station wagons): 23.00 EUR (Portugal +2.50 EUR)
Prices apply to the EU, Switzerland and Norway.

Prices to other non-European countries:

If it needs to go very quickly, we can also send it by DHL or DPD Express.

Any delivery times listed are approximate times. Compensation for delay in delivery or non-performance is fundamentally excluded. rainbow design is entitled to make partial deliveries. In the event of damage or loss of the delivered goods up to the time of acceptance, rainbow design will provide a corresponding replacement. rainbow design reserves the right to take out appropriate transport insurance for value parcels (usually from 500 €) and to invoice this to the customer. If the customer expressly does not want any transport insurance, he must notify this in writing. In this case, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of rainbow design GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Prices and terms of payment
The prices listed in our price list apply when ordering. All prices quoted include VAT. For domestic customers and customers in other EU countries, German VAT will be invoiced unless a UID number. is presented. Deliveries to non-EU countries are made at net prices. Any offers made are non-binding. The agreed prices then result from the order confirmation from rainbow design. The prices do not include costs and ancillary costs of shipping such as postage, freight, delivery charges and insurance; these costs will be invoiced separately to the buyer. Invoices from rainbow design are to be paid without discounts or other deductions. In the case of partial deliveries, only the pro-rata purchase price is payable. In the event of default in payment by the contract customer, rainbow design will charge default interest.

Payment terms:
- To domestic private customers by bank transfer in advance or by cash on delivery
- To private customers abroad by bank transfer or Master / Visa card
- Payable to rainbow design dealers (at home and abroad) by invoice within 20 days of receipt.
rainbow design reserves the right to specify or exclude payment methods.

Reservation of availability
Should rainbow design discover after the conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods or services are no longer available or cannot be delivered for legal reasons, rainbow design can withdraw from the contract. Payments already received will be reimbursed immediately after withdrawing from the contract.

Color information
Please note that the use of different display technologies and individual display settings can lead to falsifications in the display of colors.
The colors shown on the display can therefore differ slightly from the actual color of the products shown in our product photos. If in doubt, we recommend viewing the color samples on site or at the rainbowsuits dealer.

Guarantee
The customer must report obvious defects in the goods immediately upon receipt. In the event of defects in the contractual goods, rainbow design is entitled to rework the defective item at its own discretion. Otherwise the statutory warranty provisions apply.

Liability
rainbow design is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profit, including the replacement of such damage, which did not occur to the contract goods themselves, but through their use, their uselessness or in any other way on other devices, things or people.

Export
In the event of the export of the contractual goods, the contractual partner undertakes to observe the provisions of German foreign trade law.aw. 

Privacy
When using the personal data that has become known from the business relationship with the contractual partner, rainbow design will observe the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. rainbow design reserves the right to use the email addresses obtained to send rainbow design mailings. If the customer does not want data to be used for internal purposes, the customer is entitled to object to this use at any time by sending a corresponding email to info@rainbowsuits.com.

Place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between rainbow design and the contractual partner. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes between the customer and rainbow design is the seat of rainbow design GmbH.
